Do you offer a free trial?

There are several free lessons available in each of the four levels of the course so that you can experience the quality and format of them before you sign up. Take a look!

How do I pay for my full membership?

Full memberships are a monthly subscription and you can pay in either British pounds sterling or U.S. dollars. You pay for your first month when you join and your payment is taken automatically on the same day every month until you cancel it.

Can I buy a membership as gift for someone else?

Not right now. We’re aware that there might be a small demand for gift memberships and we may add them in the future, but they’re not at the top of our priority list right now.

Which types of cards do you accept?

We accept almost any kind of debit or credit card. We do not accept payments via PayPal.

How secure is my payment?

All payments are securely processed over SSL (a 2048-bit RSA-encrypted channel) by a third party payment processor and your card details never touch our servers.

Can I download the lesson videos?

Our lesson videos aren’t available to download and use of our site does require an internet connection. You can download our backing tracks though, so that you can practice along to them offline 🙂

Why don’t you offer discounts?

You know how awful it feels when you pay for something and then, the next day, or the next week, it goes on sale for a massive discount? Well, we don’t want to make our members feel that way. Ever. We think we’ve set our prices at a level that’s affordable and we know it’s already fantastic value for money.

What is your cancellation policy?

You have complete control over your payments and can cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account. Cancellation of your payment stops the auto-renewal of your full membership but does not delete your account on AbsoluteBluesGuitar.com. If you cancel your payment, your full membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period and then it will be automatically downgraded to a free one, which allows access to a small number of lessons that are embedded from our YouTube channel. For example, if your subscription is paid on the 12th of the month, it will remain active until the 11th of the following month.

What is your refund policy?

We never take a payment unless you’ve given us permission to do so and you are in complete control of the status of your subscription. In fact, you’re free to cancel your payments any time and we’ve made it possible to do that yourself, without even having to contact us. We’ve also got a great YouTube channel, where you’ll find a lot of free lessons that give you small taste of what’s available in the full course. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.

What happens if I want to reactivate my full membership after I’ve cancelled it?

You can reactivate your full membership any time from within your account.
If you reactivate your full membership within the same billing period as the one you cancelled it in: your payments will continue as if you never cancelled, because you’ll still have full access to the complete course during that time.
If your last billing period has already ended and your membership has been downgraded to a free one: your monthly payments will start on the day you reactivate your full membership, as if you were setting up a new one.
